Service Description

You are booking a full 1-hour, in person, Reiki Session. Please dress comfortably and be well hydrated when you arrive for your appointment. Your Reiki session will consist of laying on a massage table for approximately 45 minutes, fully clothed and either laying flat or slightly propped up if needed. I often use sound healing tools and crystals to facilitate and assist me during a healing session. To help you relax, I will often guide you through a short meditation or breathing exercises. After your session is complete, I will spend a few minutes with you giving feedback and suggestions of things that you can do to continue your healing. An intake and waiver form will be required before each session. I will email them to you prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have any sensitivities to smells or need special accommodations during your appointment, please indicate so in the intake so I can plan in advance.
